This lovely detached villa is within walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants, this property has a large private pool with surrounding sun bathing terrace, sunbeds (4) and Gas BBq. An awning over ther rear terrace gives you the option of shade. The villa has raised walls for privacy, the garden has mature trees, the shaded terrace at the front has dining options. The WC to the rear of the property is easily accessed from the pool area, the rooftop solarium offers views to the surrounding mountains. Internally the lounge has 2 sofas, TV with English Full SKY/BT sport and movie pack or Spanish channels, dining room seating 4, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, washing machine, utensils and all the crockery you need, one double and one twin bedroom, family shower room make up this well furnished comfortable accommodation. Bedding and inside towels are provided. There is a log burner for the winter months Off road parking in the drive.
This property is situated on the first phase of Camposol, Los Palacios, in a quiet residential location but within easy walking distance to the cafes, bars and restaurants. There is a supermarket, a bodega a weekly market and other entertainment venues all within walking distance. Camposol also has an 18 hole golf course (open to none members - club - buggy and trolley hire available) the club house is open to none residents and also has regular live entertainment. Summary: This is a lovely property that has everything you need. It is immaculately clean and well equipped. The pool is amazing - cleaned twice a week and just perfect for cooling down from the hot sun. It is close to Murcia airport and and a very easy drive to lots of sites in the Murcia region so getting out and about in the car was really easy. There are plenty of supermarkets close by - one of which can be walked to as well as bars and restaurants. Carole was a superb hostess ensuring you had everything we had everything we needed. Check in was really good even though we arrived late in the evening. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Summary: Lovely villa with great size pool. Easy walking to local bars and restaurant. Supermarket delivered shopping for us which was a huge help.. Everything you could need at the villa. Host very welcoming and we were able to access villa earlier than stated. Very quiet area which is exactly what we wanted. No Spanish needed anywhere in the village. Car essential if you want to see the real Spain ! Really hope to be able stay again . Thankyou Carole and Ian.

Summary: A lovely villa with a great pool, well situated for walking to the bars and restaurants on sectors A and B. Check-in was very straightforward and the hosts are on hand should any issues arise. The villa has all the facilities needed for an enjoyable stay, and I'm sure we'll be booking for a return stay in the near future.
